This dish is a recipe inspired by a great guy I meet two summers ago by the name of Stewart and he showed me how to make this dish. Which is great at parties.
It is a great appetizer for any party, brunch or even a party snack

Recipe
1 to 2 jars of your favorite Marinara Sauce or (homemade is best)
8 eggs serves 4 portions
Mozzarella Cheese (low fat Preferable)/whole milk your choice
salt & Pepper
Parsley
Your favorite Italian or French bread
Preparation
In a Pyrex glass baking dish pour your marinara sauce to make a nice layer of sauce,
Take your eggs and make a layer without breaking the yolk. Place Salt & Pepper to taste on the eggs.
Place in the oven for about 30 t0 35 min or until the eggs are cooked
